The SMNA Annual Report is published annually in October. The report is a comprehensive listing of membership project work throughout the previous year. The report includes a report from the SMNA President and the Board of Directors, financial reports and grant information, accomplishments within the membership, and board report summaries.
The annual report is issued by the President and Board of Directors as required by the SMNA By-Laws.
The SMNA By-Laws is a membership corporation. The members are representatives of companies, organizations, entities, and individuals whose annual membership dues are paid and current. The By-Laws provide the guidelines and directions of the corporation to include Board of Directors responsibilities, membership meetings, committees, fiduciary requirements, and consultants.
The Resources will include archived SMNA historical information, presentations, and any other reports not covered by the annual report, newsletters or By-Laws.
